Our Consultants have the skills and experience to carry out all levels of training assurance and audit.
Quintessential Training Services conduct all training assurance activities in-line with DSAT guidance. Our approach is tailored to the learning requirements and draws upon recognised models, like Kirkpatrick and CIRO (Context, Input, Reaction, Outcome).
Training Assurance
Our training assurance service includes:
- Establishing if identified needs have been met and if there has been a return to the learner and the business on the training investment.
- Identifying priority areas of concern and advising what remedial action can be taken most efficiently and effectively.
- Evaluation of return on expectations to inform post project evaluation and/ or benefits realisation activities.
- Advice and assistance with Part 1 and 2 training audits.
- Conducting Part 3 training audits.
