Working closely with our customers, our development team will produce e-learning modules that are both informative and interactive; all materials are produced where possible to WAI AA Standard for Accessibility and guidelines for SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) compliance are also followed ensuring compatibility with industry standard Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Identifying training needs using online training needs analysis.
- Identifying and documenting development standards
- Working closely with the Subject Matter Experts in the organisation to agree the key learning points of the training.
- Capturing application screenshots (where appropriate) and producing the training content in Word format for review purposes.
- Agreeing the content with the customer prior to developing the e-learning solution.
- Production of bespoke e-learning content branded to the customers specification.
- Development of simple learning management system recording the uptake of the e-learning, quiz scores, frequency of use etc as required.
- Production of Management Reports regarding e-learning e.g. uptake by department, training taken by manager etc – all reports can be set up to be exported to a spreadsheet such as MS Excel.

Our clients
To date, the primary area of e-learning production has revolved around the NHS. We have produced a large number of e-learning modules in association with BT for the NHS Care Records Service project. In addition, we have produced bespoke solutions for other organisations including: University Hospital Birmingham, T-Systems, Aibel, and University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire.
